Welcome! I am Dr. Caleb Cooper. I am married to my lovely wife Erica, and we have two wonderful children. We have served in ministry for almost two decades. A majority of those years have been spent Senior Pastoring. I answered the call of God in 2003, when I heard the voice of Lord say, “Son, I have called you to preach the Gospel with accompanying signs, wonders, and miracles and prepare a generation for the return of Jesus Christ!”
I am a firebrand revivalist through and through. Through my mandate from God, I am called and spiritually gifted to not only pastor God’s people but mobilize the body of Christ in the spirit of unity to labor together as ONE.
As a revivalist, I operate in the Apostolic and Prophetic, believing God to change atmospheres and transform regions with revival and awakening. I minister out of a heart that believes we are the generation that will see the coming of the Lord; therefore, I am proactive in teaching on the study of Bible prophecy and end-time events. My passion is to equip a generation through preaching the uncompromised Word of God, the power of the Holy Spirit, and the release of the prophetic to operate in notable and striking signs, wonders, and miracles.
My wife and I are the Senior Pastors of New Hope Revival Church in Truth or Consequences, NM, Silver City, NM, and Tucson, Az.
I have my Doctorate Degree in Biblical Studies. I am the author of “Pioneering Prophetic Patterns of Purpose,” “Jesus Focused: Awakening Endtime Prophetic Strategy,” “The Convergence of Revival and the King’s Arrival,” “The Call For Strong Godly Leadership,” “Uncompromised Revival Fire,” and more.
I have two podcasts, “Uncompromised Revival Fire” and “Battle Ready Remnant.” He has also written many articles for Charisma Magazine and Destiny Image Publishers. Finally, my story of refusing to close down New Hope Revival Church during the pandemic even in the face of a “Cease and Desist Order” by New Mexico State Police will be shown in the upcoming movie by KrisAnne Hall called Noncompliant 2: The Sheriff. The movie/documentary releases Fall 2022.

I am wife to Caleb Cooper and mom to Izabella and Caleb Titus. I also serve alongside my husband as a Senior Pastor of New Hope Revival Church in Truth or Consequences, NM, Silver City, NM, and Tucson, Az. Our hearts burn with a relentless unquenchable fire to see revival awakening sweep across all 33 counties of New Mexico, Arizona, the entire Nation, and to the ends of the earth! As a family, we have traveled all over the country bringing personal and community revival to hearts of all ages.
Bob and Amy Whelan
Associate Pastors + Youth Pastors Truth or Consequences, NM
Pastor Bob is first and foremost a servant of the Lord Jesus. He is a husband to an amazing wife and father of two wonderful and energetic young boys. He has an associates degree in biblical studies, traveled the world to various locations on mission trips, and served in youth and worship ministry for many years. After an early life of drugs and alcohol abuse and self destruction He was radically saved by Jesus and has never been the same since. His hearts desire is to pursue and know the Lord God and bring glory to His name. He is driven by a passion to raise up young people who know who their God is and have a heart to love and glorify Him with their whole life.
Jazmine Hall
Children's Pastor
Jazmine Hall has served at New Hope Revival Church as a youth leader since 2015 and She has been involved in Children’s Ministry since she was 20 years old. She has been saved and redeemed from a past of darkness, burden, hurt and a battle with anxiety. She prays that God can use all she has been through and overcome through Him to encourage the heart of someone else. Her love and passion for Children’s Ministry is displayed through her commitment and dedication to reach the next generation with the love of Jesus and She uses her gift of creativity, patience, and compassion to be used by God and help raise the next generation up as arrows.
Eddie and Chanel Mata
Eddie and Chanel Mata are happily married and blessed with three beautiful children: Eva Joy, Ezekiel Amos, and Phoebe Florence. Together they are deeply passionate about reaching the lost with the power of God and fostering an atmosphere of worship that allows the Spirit of God to move freely. They zealously contend for revival to sweep the nation, as they live in pursuit of the King.

Our story is one of transformation and redemption through Jesus Christ. We are a happily married couple with four wonderful children and four beautiful grandchildren. We first met in 2010 during a challenging time marked by addiction and criminal activities. It wasn’t until 2012, after two decades of living in bondage, that we had our life-changing encounter with Jesus when we attended a church service. That experience was not only emotional; it was a supernatural moment that ignited a profound change in us. Instantly, we were set free from drugs, never to relapse. God began to work miracles in our lives, turning court cases in our favor and restoring our family. Celebrating 13 years of freedom today, we are committed to helping others who are struggling with addiction. We understand the pain of being chained, and our passion is to testify that Jesus still sets people free. Andres and Ashley Saenz Associate Pastors for Silver City, NM Campus
Andres and Ashley Saenz have been married for 15 years and are parents to two very energetic boys. They have served under Pastor Caleb and Erica Cooper's ministry for over ten years. They desire to see individual lives and relationships radically transformed and restored under the power of God. Their own testimony is a demonstration of God's unrelenting love for the lost, broken, and wounded. Together, they look forward with great anticipation to the coming moves of God in the region and in the nation.
